Prices and quotes

• Prices shown on this website are starting points, in UAE dirhams and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• The final fee for any project is confirmed in a written quote after a free audit, and depends on scope, channels, integrations, languages and other requirements.
• Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A contract is formed only when both parties sign a quote or service agreement.
• Third-party charges, such as AI usage, messaging platform fees and telephony minutes, are described in the quote and are billed at cost unless stated otherwise.
• We may change website prices at any time. A signed quote is not affected by later website changes.

Service agreements

Our services are delivered under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, data handling and support. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement applies to that project.

Intellectual property

• All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, code and the Verva AI name and logo, belongs to Verva AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
• You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission.
• Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe past web development work. No endorsement is implied.
• Ownership of work created for clients is set out in the relevant service agreement.
