Free 45-minute audit
A video or in-person session with a senior person, not a sales call. We walk through where enquiries, calls and admin pile up, what tools you use and what data you have. You leave with a one-page summary of the two or three best opportunities and a starting price for each.
AI readiness report (AED 3,500)
A written report, usually 15 to 25 pages, covering: ranked use cases with expected payback, the data and systems each one needs, the gaps to fix first, a compliance checklist for UAE PDPL and sector rules, model and vendor options, a budget range and a 90-day plan. It is vendor-neutral and you can take it to anyone.
Vendor and tool selection
Already looking at a chatbot platform, a CRM add-on or an AI vendor? We review the options against your needs, run a short test where possible and give you a plain recommendation with the trade-offs.
Pilot design and measurement
We define a two-week pilot for your top use case: the scope, the success measure, the data needed and the fixed fee. Then we run it, or you run it with another vendor using our spec.
Data and compliance review
Where your customer data lives, who can access it, what consent you have, and what the UAE PDPL and your sector regulator expect before you put AI in front of customers. Practical findings, not legal advice.
