Every service has a starting price you can see before you call us. After a free audit you get a fixed quote for your scope. Final prices depend on channels, integrations and languages, which is why they start “from”.

All prices are one-off project fees in AED, excluding VAT, unless marked monthly. AI usage, WhatsApp message charges and call minutes are billed at cost and are typically a small monthly amount at normal volumes.

Why “starting from”?
Because a website chatbot with 40 FAQs and a lead form is a different job from a WhatsApp assistant connected to a clinic’s booking system in two languages. The starting price is the real price for the simplest version. The audit gives you the real price for yours.
Are there monthly costs?
Three possible ones. AI usage and WhatsApp message charges, billed at cost and usually modest. Call minutes for voice agents. And the optional care plan from AED 1,500 per month. There is no platform licence fee from us.
Do we have to take a care plan?
No. The assistant keeps working without it. The plan is for businesses whose content changes often or who want someone watching quality every month.
Is the pilot credited?
Yes. The pilot fee and the readiness report fee are credited against the full build if you go ahead with us.
What about VAT?
Prices exclude 5 percent UAE VAT, which is added to invoices as required.
Can we pay in instalments?
Standard terms are 50 percent to start and 50 percent at launch. Larger custom projects are billed per milestone.
