We started Verva AI because most businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need one assistant that answers customers properly and one automation that gives the team its week back.
Who we are
Web and systems engineers, now building AI
Verva AI is a small senior team based in Dubai and remote-first. Our background is web and systems development: our team has delivered web projects for Marriott, Mubadala, Al Rostamani, dubizzle and NMC Health, and our developers are vetted by Codeable, the platform that accepts a small fraction of applicants. That background in building and integrating systems for demanding clients is why our AI work connects cleanly to the CRMs, websites and booking systems businesses already run.

Why we started Verva
Clients we built websites for kept asking whether AI could answer their customers. What they had been shown was a slide deck, or a demo that did not connect to anything they used.
Verva exists to do the opposite: put a working assistant on your own content in front of you within two weeks, connected to the CRM, calendar or booking system you already run, at a price published on this site.

Five rules we hold ourselves to on every project.

45 minutes, a one-page summary and a fixed quote. If AI is not the right fix yet, we say so.

Starting prices on every service page, a fixed quote after the audit, changes quoted before work.
