Knowledge assistants over your documents
An internal assistant that answers staff questions from your policies, manuals, contracts and SOPs, with citations to the source page. Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) means it answers from your material, not from memory, and stays current when documents change.
Document extraction and processing
Emirates ID, trade licences, invoices, tenancy contracts, insurance forms and medical reports. The AI reads them, extracts the fields you need, checks them against rules and pushes the result into your system.
Deep integrations with your stack
We connect AI to HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, Microsoft 365, and in-house databases and APIs, so the AI reads live data and writes results back. Not a bot on the side, but part of the workflow.

A short paid discovery for larger projects: data review, a technical design, a prototype on a sample of your data, and a fixed quote with milestones. You keep the prototype and the design whatever you decide.

Pricing
Starting priceAED 25,000
Custom AI development starts from AED 25,000 and is scoped per project after the audit. Larger projects begin with a short paid discovery that produces a prototype and a fixed quote with milestones. Cloud and model usage are billed at cost.
Care plans from AED 1,500 per month cover monitoring, upgrades and small changes. Where a project is uncertain, a two-week fixed-fee pilot on a sample of your data answers the question before you commit.

When do we need custom AI instead of a chatbot?
When the AI must read your internal documents with citations, process documents at scale, work inside your own app, or connect to systems that have no standard connector. The free audit tells you which you need, and we often recommend the cheaper option.
Can our data stay in the UAE?
Yes. We can deploy on in-region cloud (UAE, Bahrain or Qatar regions) and use models hosted there. For most businesses, using major AI providers with no-training agreements is enough. We document the choice so you can show it to your compliance team.
Which AI model do you use?
The one that tests best on your data for the price. We work with Claude, GPT, Gemini and open-source models, and we show you the evaluation results rather than picking a favourite.
Do we own the code?
Yes. On completion you receive the source code, the documentation and the deployment, in your own accounts wherever possible.
How accurate will it be?
We measure it rather than promise it. Before launch you get an accuracy report on an evaluation set built from your real data, in both languages. Where accuracy is not high enough for automation, we design a human review step.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Yes. We can deliver an API your team calls, work inside your repository, or build the whole thing. Many projects are a mix.
