For each workflow we write the steps, the rules, the exceptions and the approval points. You see a diagram and a one-page spec before we build anything.

Build and test on real data
We connect your tools, build the agent, and run it on historical emails, leads or documents to check its decisions against what your team actually did. You review the results and we adjust the rules.
- week 5 onwards
Launch with approvals, then loosen
We go live with approvals on everything. As the agent proves itself, you turn approvals off for routine cases and keep them for the sensitive ones. A care plan covers monitoring and changes after launch.

Pricing
Starting priceAED 15,000
AI agents and workflow automation start from AED 15,000 for the first workflow, as a one-off project fee. Additional workflows are quoted individually and are usually cheaper once the integrations exist. AI usage and any third-party connector fees are billed at cost.
Care plans from AED 1,500 per month cover monitoring, rule changes and model upgrades. A two-week fixed-fee pilot on one workflow is the fastest way to see what the time saving looks like.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot talks to customers. An agent does work: it reads, decides, updates systems and takes actions across your tools. Many businesses need both, and the chatbot often becomes the front end of an agent.
Will the agent make decisions on its own?
Only where you allow it. Every workflow has approval points. Routine, low-risk actions can run automatically; anything involving money, commitments or customer communication can require a one-tap approval. Every action is logged.
Our processes are messy. Is that a problem?
It is the normal starting point. The audit and workflow design stage tidies the process on paper first. We automate the clear 80 percent and route the exceptions to a person.
Which tools can you connect?
Any tool with an API, which covers all the major CRMs, inboxes, storage and finance systems used in the UAE. For tools without an API, we work around it with email parsing, spreadsheet exports or a connector like Make.
How do you measure the result?
We agree the measure in the spec: tasks handled per week, hours saved, response time, or leads followed up within an hour. The dashboard tracks it from day one so you can see the payback.
Is our data safe?
Data stays in your own systems. The agent reads and writes through your accounts with scoped permissions, AI providers we use do not train on your data, and we document the data flow for UAE PDPL compliance.
